WSJam Raffle is run by the organising committee to raise funds for young people from the district attending the 26th World Scout Jamboree in Poland in 2027.

Tickets are sold only at the event itself, on the day, and the draw takes place during the event. No ticket is sold in advance or away from the venue.

Every penny goes towards sending young people from Odiham District to the 26th World Scout Jamboree, Poland 2027.

You must be 16 or over and resident in Great Britain. It is an offence for anyone under 16 to take part. We may ask for proof of age before releasing a prize, and an entry from anyone underage will be void with the stake returned.

Members of the committee running the draw and their immediate families may buy tickets but are not eligible to win.

Tickets cost £2.00 each. You may buy up to 50 in a single order. Each ticket is given a unique number at the point your payment is confirmed, and those numbers are shown on screen and emailed to you.

A ticket is only entered into the draw once payment has cleared. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law or where the draw is cancelled.

The draw takes place on Wednesday, 18 November 2026. Winners are selected from all valid tickets sold, using a random seed that is published with the results so the outcome can be independently rechecked. Each ticket can win at most one prize.

The result is final. No cash alternative is available unless stated otherwise for a particular prize.

All prizes have been donated. Prizes are as described on this site at the time of the draw. If a prize becomes unavailable through no fault of ours, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

Winners will be contacted by email using the address given at purchase. If we cannot reach a winner within 30 days of the draw, that prize may be re-drawn or donated to the cause.

If the draw has to be cancelled, all money paid for tickets will be refunded in full to the card used, and no prizes will be awarded.

If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will look into it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be referred to an independent arbitrator whose decision will be final.
