Privacy
The short version: we keep your name and email so we can send your ticket numbers and tell you if you win. We don't sell anything to anyone.
What we hold
Your name, email address, and — if you gave them — your phone number and postal address. We record the number of tickets you bought, the amount paid, your ticket numbers, and your confirmation that you are old enough to take part.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, whose privacy notice is at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Why we hold it
To run the draw and get prizes to winners — that's our contract with you. We also have a legal duty to keep records of lottery sales for the local authority that registered the draw, which is why we keep sales records for three years after the draw.
Marketing
We only email you about future events if you ticked the box. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who else sees it
Stripe, to take the payment. Our email provider, to deliver your tickets. Nobody else. Winners' first names and last initials appear on the results page; full names and contact details never do.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once our record-keeping duty has expired. Contact us and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
